Nayan has overall 5+ years of post-qualification experience of assisting various clients in complying with Direct and Indirect Tax Laws including undertaking rigorous compliance and audit and assurance of their books of accounts.

His areas of expertise include Accounting, MIS, Tax Litigation, Direct and Indirect Tax Advisory and Transfer Pricing. He is instrumental to various MSME clients in developing robust accounting system right from scratch.

He supports tax litigation and compliance for domestic as well as international clients across various industries including Advertising and Media, Pharma, Manufacturing, Shipping and FMCG.

Nayan also assists clients in finalizing the books of accounts at the year end and preparation of financial statements considering the India GAAP and IFRS. He also assists clients in balancing financial control and creating useful management information systems.

He strongly believes in stepping in to the shoes of client before delivering his lawful and practical advice.
